When selecting a procedure and running code analysis "Run Review and SQL Scan" or only "SQL Scan", Toad crashes and exits without any warning

When selecting a procedure and running code analysis "Run Review and SQL Scan" or only "SQL Scan", Toad crashes and exits without any warning. "Run Review" runs without any problem.

Steps to replicate:

- Start Toad
- Go to Schema Browser
- Right-click a package body, choose “Code Analysis”
- In Code Analysis, select “Run SQL Scan” and click the green triangle to start it

Bug: After it finishes, Toad disappears

WORKAROUND:
None.
