Rule violations in Code Analysis in the Editor is not shown

The details of rule violations in Code Analysis via the Editor do not populate a popup window with the rule description. When a SQL statement shows a blue wavy underlined, Right-click on it > Select Code Analysis Violations > It will show Rule No. > Select Explain Details When selecting “Explain Details”, the pop-up window is empty. It should show the description of this rule and suggestion. This issue is seen for all Rules in version 16.2

WORKAROUND: None STATUS: The issue will be fixed in the next release which is Toad for Oracle 16.3.
