After upgrading Toad, the Space History graph no longer works (Database | Administer | Tablespaces | Space History). The underlying data is still there and the data shows in a previous version of Toad.

This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 12.1. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
