Team Coding Enabled, Unable to Complie a New Procedure (Read only Mode)

Toad The user has Team Coding enabled. If the user opens a new procedure editor window and begins creating a new procedure, if the procedure is compiled with errors, the editor will automatically turn into read-only mode. The user will be unable to modify the procedure to correct the changes.
解决办法
The user must exit out of the procedure editor window and then re-open and check out the newly created procedure.
Or
The user may ask the DBA to uncheck the following option. Go to Team Coding >> Team Coding Status >> Settings >> Configuration Tab >> Uncheck �Apply Team Coding to All_Objects�
