The current version is MSXML 6 (for Toad for Oracle v12.10). In previous versions of Toad for Oracle it was MSXML version 4. If you try to install versions prior to version12.7, you may be asked for installation of MSXML, but please be aware, that this version of MSXML is no longer supported by Microsoft.
