For the connection bar buttons users are currently allowed to use "USER@ALIAS" versus the default "USER@DATABASE". The ALIAS should replace the entire string because one can define an alias for each "USER@DATABASE". This would help abbreviate what is on the connection bar buttons to save room.
For the window bar there should be the same alias capability as described above for the connection bar. Depending on the user and database name, the window bar could stretch across 2-3 lines as the caption is simply too long/wide.
