Format Code doesn't work with a Comment Block in the script
说明
When formatting a script which has a comment block in it, when pressing the Format button, no changes happen to the script. If the comment block is removed, it is then possible to format the code.
解决办法
WORKAROUND: Remove the Comment Block from the script.
STATUS: Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle
