When executing a procedure in the editor with debug on, the REF CURSOR OUT contents are not being displayed in the REF Cursor Results grid. The Output Options in the parameter window has been set to Load into Grid from memory.
When clicking on the lightning bolt or <Right Click> Execute | Execute PL/Sql (debugger), no results are displayed.
<Right Click> Execute | Execute PL/Sql (no debugger) results are displayed OK.
WORKAROUND:
<Right Click> inside Editor window and select Execute | Execute PL/Sql (no debugger)
