Invalid command to Lock/Unlock partition stats in Analyze All Objects window

In Toad 12.11, it does not generate the expected statement when doing the following steps:

1. Load a partitioned table into Analyze All Objects window.
2. Check some partitions on tables tab,
3. Check either the Lock or Unlock Mode in Options Tab.
4. Click the Build Script on Tables tab.
5. Paste statement in editor

Toad generates this statement:

BEGIN
  SYS.DBMS_STATS.UNLOCK_TABLE_STATS (
     OwnName           => 'OWNERNAME'
    ,TabName           => 'TABLENAME')
    ,Partname             => 'PARTITIONNAME' );
END;
/

But it should be creating:

BEGIN
  SYS.DBMS_STATS.UNLOCK_PARTITION_STATS (
     OwnName           => 'OWNERNAME'
    ,TabName           => 'TABLENAME'
    ,Partname             => 'PARTITIONNAME');
END;
/

(And the same for the locking option)
