Team Coding Manager appears empty if it isn't pinned before connecting to the database or VCS

In Toad 13.3, if the Team Coding Manager is open but un-pinned before connecting to the database and VCS, once you connect to them both, and hold the mouse over the Team Coding Manager, it appears empty.
If you open Toad, and firstly pin the Team Coding Manager, and then connect to the same database and VCS, the Team Coding Manager populates as expected.
解决办法
WORKAROUND: Pin the Team Coding Manager first, before connecting to the database and VCS Provider.
STATUS: Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
