Is it possible to use multiple wallets in a single Toad instance?

When using 2 Oracle Wallets, connecting to two different databases, the error 'ORA-12529: TNS:connect request rejected based on current filtering rules' appears when making a second connection to another cloud database, in the same Toad session. (Both databases can be connected to separately).
Is it possible to use multiple wallets at the same time - for example to connect to 2 different OCI databases from the same TOAD instance?
