When users runs a process in TOAD first, then run SQL Monitor they do not get results displayed when they click on the executable (i.e. TOAD.exe) from SQL Monitor that they want to see.
解决办法
RESOLUTION:
Run SQL Monitor first and check the executable that needs to be monitored, before you run your process in TOAD.
