Upgraded to 9.7, however, the new Trace File Browser option can not be found under Database | Diagnose menu. The license key used is a DBA key.
Responded "No" to "Restore toolbar defaults" when 9.7 was initially started.
Right-click anywhere on the toolbar and select "Restore defaults" to restore toolbar settings
OR
1. Right-click anywhere on the toolbar and select Customize...
2. Under Command tab, select Diagnose.
3. Drag and drop Trace File Browser option to the toolbar or Database | Diagnose menu.
