Toad starts opening and returns: "You have been successfully signed in to your Quest account but an error occurred while attempting to validate your license. Please click the Retry button to try again" In details it says "internal server error."
When clicking on retry Toad returns the message: "All software licenses for Toad for Oracle have expired or have been revoked. To continue using this software, consider purchasing a license."
The license is valid and active.
Synchronization issue
- Check if there are any old licenses listed or registered. If yes, remove all licenses except the active one.
- Login to licensing portal and abandon the seat and re-add it again.
- Uninstall Toad and re-install again to check.
