Follow the below steps to make the changes -
Logon to
Licensing Portal -
1.Select license to update
2.Click on [Settings] tab
3.Click on [Admins] tab (left navigation)
4.Click on [Add (+)] button
5.Enter email of additional owners. Make sure to select "License Owner" for user(s) role.
6.Click [Apply]
If the license belongs to an organization, a new Organization Owner can be added to manage all of the licenses or, optionally, only add a License Owner to each license under the org.
