WORKAROUND
1. Close Toad for Oracle
2. Go to C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\Subscription
3. Delete the subscriptions.dat file
4. Open Toad for Oracle
5. Re-log in
6. Verify results
