• 原因

  It's a product defect.

  Defect-ID:TOR-7181

• 解决办法

  WORKAROUND
  
  1. Close Toad for Oracle
  2. Go to C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\Subscription
  3. Delete the subscriptions.dat file
  4. Open Toad for Oracle
  5. Re-log in
  6. Verify results
  
  If the issue persists please contact Quest Technical Support.
  
  STATUS

  Issue fixed in version 17. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here
