Cannot run SQL tuning due to the following error:
SQL Tuning Privileges
"The following privileges are necessary to use the Tuning Lab. Use the Server object installation wizard or a script has been provided in the path listed below. This script must be run in SQL *Plus with a logon that has a DBA role. Once the role has been created all non-DBA Tuning Lab users can be granted the quest_sl_sqlab_role.
Script path: C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\Tuning_Lab\slqabrole.sql
SELECT on VIEW SYS.V_$INSTANCE
SELECT on VIEW SYS.V_$MYSTAT
SELECT on VIEW SYS.V_$PARAMETER

Note: For the role's privileges to be recognized the quest_sl_sqlab_role must be in the default role list. -
原因
Certain privileges required to use the Tuning lab have not yet been granted.

解决办法
