Data is not included in the script created when using the "Migrate Object" feature

When trying to use "Migrate Object" feature to migrate a table and its data, the table and indexes migrate fine, but the data is not migrated because it is not included in the script. The DDL that is generated by this feature says "-- Export of data for migrate should be executed before" at the top of the script, but the "-- Step 2. Import of data for migrate" section is blank.  There is data in the table, so why is it not included in the script?

Necessary tables may not be created or may be not have data in them.

Run the following query and see what results are returned.

SELECT * FROM QUEST.QCTEMPLATE_REPO200
where name in ('QCSORTIN', 'QCSORTO', 'QCERROR', 'QCMAP', 'QCDISC', 'QCUNLDDN', 'QCERROR', 'QCSORTIN', 'QCSORTO', 'QCCPY1')

If the table does not exist or does not return any rows, use the script attached to this solution to create the table and/or load the table with data.
