Toad Egde would throw a NullPointerException error, after bypassing the OS restriction for approving executing the installation package.
When trying to reproduce the behaviour, found the issue is indeed reproducible when Toad is closed without introducing any credentials/account in the Welcome screen:
1. Open Toad Edge and sign out if already logged in.
2. Now open Toad Edge again and go to the sign in screen
3. Don't enter email and pwd, simply force close the app from task bar.
4. A null pointer exception is thrown
This bug has been reproduced on Mac BigSur VM as well as in Mojave remote VM .
