Error running queries with Bind variables in Oracle Fusion: "Specified method is not supported."

Bind variables are recognized in Toad and open the Bind Variables prompt. However, when a bind variable is referenced more than once in the query, the execution fails with the error.

Workaround:
Ensure each bind variable has a unique name (even if it represents the same value).
