MySQL Database Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:62503

Trying to do a cross-connection or connecting to a local host this error appears.

MySQL Database Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:62503

MySQL Database included in Toad Data point is corrupted.  It is not running.

Resetting the MySQL database should be performed following these steps. 

For versions from Toad Data Point 5.4 onwards

1.  Close Toad.
2.  Go to the following path C:\Users\"your user id"\AppData\Local\Quest Software
3.  Rename the folder Toad Data Point Hub Data_v57 to Toad Data Point Hub Data_v57_old 
4.  Open Toad and test it.  

For earlier versions of Toad Data Point 5.4

1.  Close Toad.
2.  Go to the following path C:\Users\"your user id"\AppData\Local\Quest Software
3.  Rename the folder Toad Data Point Hub Data to Toad Data Point Hub Data_old 
4.  Open Toad and test it.
