How to open CSV file with semicolon delimiter in Excel to modify.

When trying to Export to CSV, the formatting of the CSV file was very poor. It appears that all the data is listed in column A, seperated by a semicolon. Tried to use Text to Columns feature, using semicolon delimiter, but it gives a message saying there is already data there and asking if we want to delete it. If Column A is removed, it shows that there is data in other columns for some of the rows. So, the message is occurring because when trying to delimit the columns, it is going to overwrite some other data.

Unfortunately, excel changes delimiter so there are some restrictions.
