Show or Hide Data
This feature is only available when using the Grid view to display data.
To hide data

Right-click a column heading in the data and select Remove this column. |
You can re-add the hidden column by right-clicking a column heading, selecting Column Chooser, and then dragging the column from the Customization window.
Tips:
- To show a hidden column, drag any column headings you want to show from the Customization window to the appropriate location in the data grid.
- To share custom column layouts with colleagues, select the Share hidden column settings checkbox in Tools | Options | Database | Cache.
