This is the status of the communication connection between the source partition and the target partition through the fast communication manager (FCM). Valid values for this field are:
Active—The connection is active.
Inactive—The connection is inactive.
Congested—Data traffic for this connection is congested.
Note: It is possible for two partitions to be active, but the communication connection between them to be inactive, if there is no FCM communication between these partitions.
