This statistic provides counts and rates for SQL section inserts made by an application into the private workspace.
On the Databases drilldown, counts and rates are provided for all inserts made by every application across all private workspaces in the database.
On the Client Application Analysis drilldown, counts and rates are provided for all section inserts in the private workspace for the selected application.
You can use SQL section insert statistics along with section lookups to help tune the size of the private workspace. The APPLHEAPSZ configuration parameter controls the size of the private workspace.
