Work with Dashboard Settings

When you click the icon, the dashboard settings panel displays. You get to see the following options:

Dashboard Name

Add New Dashboard

Switching Dashboard

You can seamlessly navigate between multiple dashboards within the application interface. This is especially useful in environments where dashboards are tailored for different roles, tasks, or organizational contexts. By switching dashboards, you can improve focus and efficiency by quickly accessing the most relevant set of widgets and data visualizations needed for your specific responsibilities.

To switch a dashboard,

In the Sort By field, select the desired dashboard from the drop-down list, and then click the selection.
In the Search field, enter a keyword to refine the list and then click the selection.
Setting Home Dashboard

You can customize the look and feel of the widgets and the dashboards.

You can change the color used in the dashboard charts, edit the name dashboard name and its description, change the display of the widgets.

To customize a dashboard,

Add/Edit name for the dashboard. This is displayed on the dashboard.

Add/Edit description of the dashboard. This describes the dashboard.

Choose Your Colors

Click on the color selector to choose your dashboard chart colors. Drag and drop the colors to arrange them in the desired order. The colors at the top of the list will be used by each chart first.

Layout

Chose one of the layout options. The widgets and other elements are displayed in the selected layout.

Make Default

Optional. Select the option if you want to make the dashboard as a default one.

Click Send Now to open the Email Dashboard dialog.
