New Alarm Actions or changes to the existing ones are not saved after upgrading to Spotlight version 15.0 (4378025)

New Alarm Actions or changes to the existing ones are not saved after upgrading to Spotlight version 15.0. 
User created a new Alarm Action rule and clicks Ok to close the Alarm Action window. Once the window is reopened the alarm action rule is not present.

Deprecation of Push Notification Alarm Actions in version 15.0 
For users who previously configured Alarm Action rule(s) with a single action of “push notification to mobile device” are not able to save new or modify existing alarm actions post upgrade to version 15.0. 
As part of Spotlight 15.0, we have deprecated the "push notification to mobile device" alarm action, as part of the Spotlight Cloud deprecation feature. 
While this action rule will no longer be supported, we have preserved the Alarm Action rules (with the action) post upgrade as a reference for users.

1.    Open Alarm Actions
2.    Identify the rules with no actions
3.    Delete the Alarm Action rule
4.    Click OK and reopen Alarm Actions 
NOTE: The issue is only applicable for users who previously configured Alarm Action rules with "Send Push Notification to mobile Device" action as the only action.
