When TNS_ADMIN variable is defined to a mapped network drive / directory, in the connection manager the dropdown list for the aliases is empty.
SQL Optimizer for Oracle is not retrieving details from the tnsnames.ora file located on the network-mounted drive to populate database names under the Connection Manager | TNS tab.
