SQL Optimizer is not picking up the tnsnames.ora file
Description

When TNS_ADMIN variable is defined to a mapped network drive / directory, in the connection manager the dropdown list for the aliases is empty.

WORKAROUND
None
SOLUTION
Waiting for a fix in a future version of SQL Optimizer for Oracle.
