Using Spotlight 13.0 versions or prior, the following error occurs when trying to sign in to Spotlight Cloud feature:
"An error occurred when validating your credentials for Spotlight Cloud.
The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."
Note: This issue only affects new sign in or re-sign in accounts.
WORKAROUND:
Add the new SchUseStrongCrypto and SystemDefaultTlsVersions data and values:

"SystemDefaultTlsVersions"=dword:00000001
"SchUseStrongCrypto"=dword:00000001
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in the future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise. Issue scheduled to be fixed in the upcoming Spotlight 13.1 release.
