1. Close all the Spotlight clients 2. Upgrade the master Diagnostic Server which is the controller 3. Upgrade the other slaves Diagnostic Server is no particular order 4. When all the Diagnostic Servers have upgrade successful, launch the Spotlight clients 5. Verify the license keys are entered and as expected
