How to migrate notifications, alerts, and metric settings from one install to another?

Is there a way to migrate notifications, alerts, and metrics to a new install? User did a migration of connections and that brought the connections over using Connection Wizard of Spotlight, but the metrics and notifications are gone.

Connections can be migrated and shared in Spotlight. There is no capability for configurations to migrate to new installations.
