Error 403 when navigating to a page from the SQL Server Overview in Spotlight Cloud
说明

When going to the Jobs alarm from the SQL Server Overview page, the following error page occurs. Error 403.
原因

Error code ‘403 Forbidden’ is an error that is returned before it reaches the service itself. It is related to the permissions to view this page/data.
解决办法

RESOLUTION 1:
Check the following test page to see if the page loads with a simple message saying, "Welcome to Spotlight Cloud!".
If the page doesn't load, check with your network team to see if no firewall settings or other is blocking this page.
RESOLUTION 2:
Contact support or create a new service request for further assistance.
