Receive error:Can't fetch parent tables: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist (4232697)

From the qexecd-<date>log, ORA-00942 is logged:
10/31 15:53:47 Can't fetch parent tables: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Space Manager objects owner and the QSA owner are two different schemas. By recommendation in order to work normally, the Space Manager object user and the QSA user need to be the same schema being granted a non modified DBA role.

By recommendation, the owner of the objects and the QSA owner needs to be the same being granted a DBA role that is non modified. To use Space Manager with LiveReorg, we require a lot of privileges for everything to work normally.

As a workaround we should do the following:

1. Uninstall QSA first manually
2. Uninstall the Space Manager objects through the Space Manager GUI.
3. Reinstall the Space Manager objects through the Space Manager GUI, making sure the LiveReorg key is used
4. Reinstall QSA manually using the same Oracle user 'LIVEREORG' rather than 'QSA'.
