Capture stops with "ORA-00904: invalid column name" after upgrade of Shareplex

After upgrade of Shareplex from, say 4.0 to 5.1, you find that Capture is stopped due to error with messages similar to the following appearing in the event log:

Notice: ORA-00904: invalid column name. [sp_ocap(osp)/2780]
Error: Unexpected Oracle error: ORA-00904: invalid column name. in sp_ocap.c:720 [sp_ocap(osp)/2780]
Process exited sp_ocap (for o.ZAPQ) [pid = 2780] - exit(1)

The other processes seem to be running fine.
原因

The problem has to do with the Shareplex internal table(s) not updated after upgrade because ora_setup was not run.
解决办法

Whenever you upgrade, you must run ora_setup again for all instances involved in replication in order for SharePlex to update its Oracle information.

1. Shut down sp_cop.
2. Run ora_setup according to the instructions in the SharePlex Installation and Demo Guide. (choose existing user).
3. Start sp_cop.
