It is quite a challenge to know what tables will replicate after activating a config file that has wildcards, depending on how many tables qualify.
Issue “verify config <config_file_name>” from source sp_ctrl. This can be done prior to or after activating the config file. The former will be more useful if wishing to know the result beforehand. The following is a sample screen shot:
sp_ctrl (server_name:2100)> verify config <config_file_name>
Config config_file_name is valid
View detailed config in E:\Quest Software\SharePlex\vardir2100/temp/config_file_name
To view what tables qualify, view the detailed config in the /vardir/temp directory as the above output suggests.
