"[SharePlex Manager] Monitoring Timed Out " Alarms keep on firing (4302187)

The Monitoring Timed Out Alarms keep coming back even after clearing them in the Foglight Console.

The rules fire when Web Services is not available.

Please download the attached patch and follow the instructions in install.txt.

Issues addressed in the patch.

• All rules will not fire when WS is unavailable.
• All rules must match twice (2) before firing.
• Status jewels and drums will not change until Web-Services is available again. The only indication will be Web-Services unavailable alarm and visual error notification in Shareplex Manager.

With this patch,

• All rules will not fire when WS is unavailable.

• Status jewels and drums will not change until WS is again available. The only indication will be WS unavailable alarm and visual error notification in SPM.
