Going to the Quest License Portal.
Log in using your Quest account credentials
- In the left-hand menu, click on the "Cores" option.
- Click on the checkbox that corresponds to the Core you want to block.
- Above the chart, click on the "Block" button.

Alternative Method
- In the left-hand menu, click on the "Cores" option.
- Search for the Core you want to block.
- In the "Actions" column, click on the "Block" button, represented by a circle with a line.

Note:
If you need to roll back this change, you can go to the Core section in the license portal and click the "
Unblock" button. A pop-up will open with the following options to select:
Are you sure you want to unblock the core 'XXXXXXXXXXXX'? (Where XXXXXXXXXXXX is the core name)
Choose an option:
- Unblock and resume agents protection
- Unblock and pause agents protection
- Unblock and downgrade agents
- Keep agents blocked
