Agent protection fails with error "No such interface supported" -
说明
While trying to add a new server to protection it errors out with the message "No such interface supported" -
原因
The reason for this is Windows Firewall blocking WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) traffic from getting through and to the agent in question. Therefore, since the Rapid Recovery Core needs to talk to the protected machines via WMI, the protection wizard will fail. -
解决办法
To resolve this problem, disable Windows Firewall on the machine you are trying to protect.
