Set Intune Primary User - Unable to determine the device owner SID
说明
- The action "Set Intune Primary User" should be run after the Entra ID device cutover. - The device needs to be registered in the target Intune before the action is run and Intune enrollment process requires the tenant is configured for the enrollment - login user must have proper license
The Process: Once the device is enrolled, the PrimaryUser will be set automatically. The End user can use the task in the event that PrimaryUser was not set initially due to lack of license.
So the correct process is that the device is enrolled, and user has logged in, then the action can be use to set the value

User was missing the License
解决办法
After the license has been assigned, issue has been resolved and Primary user has been successfully set for the device
