Sharepoint skipping private channel migration (4370481)

Error message provisioning Teams:
Customer was provisioning Teams and he was getting the following error - Matching of site 'x' was skipped. - It also showing the following error - Matching of site 'x' was skipped. Migration of sites based on site template type 'Team channel' is not supported.

He was getting this error on a few Teams collections that he was using for provisioning Teams. All of his Teams were created using the same method. 

The issue is that if the customer runs Discover Sites from SharePoint first the Private and Shared channel sites are set to Unsupported because migrating the site out of context of Teams was considered not a good idea
If Teams Provision is run after the Discovery part does not reset the Private and Shared channels to Supported
The solution is to delete the sites from the ODMSP grid

1. Delete the private channel site in ODM -SP
2. Delete the Team in ODM Teams
3. Discover the team again
4. Provision the team with Merge option
5. The site should now display as supported in ODM SP and you should be able to migrate the files.
