原因
This Sync Issues/Server Failures is an old system folder that Outlook creates for syncing issues of data with previous on premises Exchange servers.
解决办法
This warning message "The description could not be retrieved from the Sync Issues/Server Failures folder" is a cosmetic logging message and can be safely ignored.
NOTE: There are situations where ODM is unable to read certain attributes on some mail folders, usually system folders. Data within this folder is likely migrated successfully, otherwise a separate error would have been logged for an email that could not be copied.
