Domain Move projects cannot be removed from OnDemand. When attempting to archive the project a "This project cannot be archived. There are active public folder migrations or domain cutovers. Please archive any public folder migrations and complete or cancel any domains that are being cutover." There is no current public folder migrations or active domain cutovers in these projects
原因
Domain Email Rewrite is enabled
解决办法
Email Rewrite Service (ERS) is enabled and must be disabled before archiving the project Disable Email Rewrite for these projects, and all other project which are not being used. Ensure multiple project pointing to the same tenants only have ERS enabled in one project.
Here are the steps to disable ERS.
- On the left-side hamburger menu button | click on Projects. - A list of your Projects will be displayed. - Click on the Project | Setup and this brings you to the main setup for that Project. - Click 'EMAIL ADDRESS REWRITING' and select "No, Maybe Later". This disabled ERS. - Click Next till the setup is complete.
- Repeat the above for all the Domains you need to remove. - The Project is ready to be archived.
