It is possible to merge two source mailboxes of the same type (user or shared) into one target mailbox. The two source accounts will need to be mapped to the one target account by using a mapping file from the ODM Accounts section. For more information regarding mapping from file

Important: The migration of both source mailboxes need to be in separate tasks and cannot be running at the same time because the target mailbox will be locked by first migration process.
