Once email forwarding has been enabled by ODM it can be disabled at a later time by following the steps below.
- Logon to the ODM portal
- Click on Migration from the left navigation
- Select your Project from the list and choose Mail
- Select the Mailboxes tab
- Select the account(s) that will have email forwarding disabled
- Click Migrate Mail
- All the checkboxes can be cleared for migrating data. The only section that required for this action is the Mail Flow.
- On the Mail Flow section, select the checkbox for Enable/Disable Mail Forwarding. Select the radio button for Disable Mail Forwarding
- Proceed through the wizard and run the task
Mail forwarding will be removed for the account(s) associated with the task above. If there are any issues or errors with the task, click the Copy Diagnostics button and provide the information to support via a support request.
