When attempt to backup OneDrive for users, an error "Failed to backup onedrive for username@domain.com is logged. Furthermore, when click on "More Info" button with the "Error from library - Check in More Info" log entry highlighted, a window with the message "Username@domain.com : Exception occurred - Reason:Code: ResourceNotFound Message: User's mysite not found." is displayed
原因
A site must be created for the user prior to the backup of the user's OneDrive account.
解决办法
Provision the site for the user or have the user log into their OneDrive account to create the site.
