When configuring the MS SQL Server Plugin, you will need to know the Instance Name.
解决办法
To find out the Instance Name on the MS SQL Server, go to the SQL Server Management Studio > RegisterServers > double click your server to open the Object Explorer > right click to select the properties window > General Tab - to see the ServerName (instance name).
