Can Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP) render source Notes data that has been mixed and matched from different Notes forms?

No. When performing a Render in MNSP, the scope of the source data is the form. If no source form is specified, then MNSP looks up the assigned form in the record being migrated and that is used. If your migration project requires different elements or data from different forms, then a new source form will need to be created that includes all required elements.
