For any number of reasons a new Quest Link Tracking database maybe required. This article contains the procedure for creating a brand new Quest Link Tracking database.

Perform the following steps to create a new Quest Link Tracking database.
Open File Explorer and to go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Migrator for Notes to SharePoint\Bin".
Double click on DBManager.exe.
Enter the SQL server name.
Enter a unique name for the Database field. The default name is "QuestLinkTracking".
Next select the authentication method used by the SQL server. Windows Authentication is the most common and selected by default.
