When migrating with MNE the archives for the Domino users, the PST files are created but are empty. In the log we do not see any error. In the tasks we see many items being skipped.
原因
Two issues are present in this scenario:
1. The items being skipped are from the online mailbox, not the archive. The tool is correctly skipping them because we have opted to migrate only the archive, and we have selected to migrate the mail archive exclusively, excluding other elements like online email and online contacts.
2. In the Locate Notes Data Store window, we only have entries for users that point to the online mailbox.
解决办法
The solution to this issue consists of two steps:
1. Run a new Locate Notes Datastore search and replace any prior information. After completion, ensure there are two rows for each user: one pointing to the online mailbox and another to the newly discovered archive file.
2. During the migration, deselect 'migrate mail' and select only 'migrate archive'.
3. Execute the migration and verify that data is being migrated without skipping any items.
